Terms & Conditions

Clear rules for using Rental Score

These terms explain how tenants, landlords, and brokers should use Rental Score responsibly.

Accurate records
Fair verification
Clear responsibility

Account responsibility

Users must provide accurate mobile, profile, tenancy, property, and verification details. Accounts may be suspended for misuse, spam, impersonation, or repeated false submissions.

Verification and trust

Rental histories, documents, referrals, rent-status records, and reviews are trust signals. A verified status means a connected person confirmed submitted details; it is not a legal guarantee.

Documents and proof

Users should upload only documents they are allowed to share. Rental Score uses submitted proof to support verification, dispute clarity, receipts, and trust-score activity.

Plans and access

Free plans activate immediately. Paid plans unlock additional usage based on the selected subscription.

Fair use

Do not submit fraudulent rental history, unauthorized Aadhaar/PAN details, abusive messages, or unrelated documents. Rental Score may reject records or restrict access when misuse is found.

Disputes and limitations

Rental Score helps organize rental facts, messages, receipts, and review trails. Final legal, financial, or tenancy decisions remain between the involved parties and applicable law.

These terms are written to keep rental information fair, accurate, and respectful for everyone using Rental Score.
